Welcome to the website of CAQS Quantity Surveyors – a quantity surveying enterprise headed up by Giel Cillié and Guillaume Cillié in South Africa and William Lombard in Australia. They are quantity surveying professionals with extensive experience in the contractual guidelines of The Joint Building Contracts Committee (JBCC), and other forms of construction contracts like FIDIC, NEC and GCC. Contractual documentation assures equitable distribution of contractual risk between contractor and client. Giel Cillié is, in addition, a member of the Association of Arbitrators (AoA)
CAQS Quantity Surveyors has offices in Gauteng ,the Western Cape and Melbourne-Australia . We have successfully completed projects in most provinces of South Africa, Australia and as far afield as Antarctica.
Travelling is not a problem for us, it’s a necessity to see the world while we provide our services. Guillaume and William has additional international experience as quantity surveyors in the United Arab Emirates.

The Association of South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS)
As a professional body, ASAQS embraces a number of key objectives and ambitions for the quantity surveying profession.
