This building was part of a tri- ownership. It was standing empty for 10 years. After the partnership was dissolved, the University created student recreation facilities and a clinic. The art archive and distance education department relocated from the main campus to this building as well. https://www.up.ac.za/

The University of Pretoria has a demand for computer training of students and no space. An existing underutilised building was converted into computer training areas. https://www.up.ac.za/
